On April 30, 2025, Comrade Guo Shenghai, General Manager of Ningxia Xindazhong Machinery Co., Ltd., was awarded the honorary title of "Model Worker of the Ningxia Autonomous Region" and received a grand commendation ceremony in the autonomous region! This is yet another prestigious honor that General Manager Guo has earned, following his recognition as a "Senior Agronomist" in 2024 and being honored as an "Outstanding Private Entrepreneur of the Autonomous Region" at the beginning of 2025. This distinguished award not only fully recognizes General Manager Guo's decades-long dedication to agriculture and service to rural communities, but also serves as a source of inspiration and encouragement for all employees of Xindazhong Machinery!

From returning to his hometown to farm after graduating from high school in 1982, to opening an electric welding shop in 1992, and then founding Ningxia Xindazhong Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2007, Guo Shenghai has consistently embodied the spirit of "diligent study, rigorous practice, and relentless self-improvement," writing a remarkable chapter in the mechanization of agriculture. The more than 30 products he and his team have developed—including the 9HLSJ series total mixed ration preparers and the unmanned TMR intelligent feeding system—have filled gaps in the agricultural machinery sector in Northwest China, enabling "Made in Ningxia" to reach across the country and benefit over ten provinces and regions, including Gansu, Qinghai, and Inner Mongolia.

“Craftsmanship means striving for perfection with all your heart.” This is a phrase that General Guo often has on the tip of his tongue. Through repeated trials in the fields and relentless, round-the-clock technical breakthroughs, he has demonstrated with his actions what it truly means to “drive innovation.” From establishing industry-academia-research platforms to setting up postdoctoral workstations, from earning the title of “National Specialized, Fine, and New Little Giant” to becoming a benchmark for intelligent livestock equipment—under his leadership, Xin Dazhong Machinery has grown into a key leading enterprise for agricultural industrialization in the autonomous region, injecting powerful momentum into rural revitalization.

As a Party-member entrepreneur, Mr. Guo has always remained committed to giving back to society. He has made donations to support education, help alleviate poverty, and bolster urbanization efforts... Over the past decade-plus, his cumulative charitable donations have exceeded 300,000 yuan.
