On a winter day when snowflakes were swirling down, though the silvery-white snow decked the city in a beautiful coat, it also brought inconvenience and safety hazards to everyone’s travel. To actively put into practice the principle of “doing practical things for the people” and fully leverage the exemplary role of Party members, our company’s Party members took the lead by example, guiding all employees in launching an exceptionally meaningful snow-clearing campaign that covered not only the company’s immediate area but also nearby public spaces.

On the day of the activity, Party members took the lead, each armed with various snow-clearing tools. They promptly began clearing key areas such as the company’s parking lot and entrances and exits. Everyone had clearly defined roles and worked together seamlessly—some vigorously shoveled away accumulated snow and ice, while others carefully swept up any remaining snow residue. Inspired by the Party members’ example, company employees eagerly joined in. Working in unison, they gradually cleared the snow from the company’s internal roads, creating safe passageways that ensured employees could continue their work without disruption.

Moreover, the Party members have also turned their attention to the surrounding public areas. Along the roads, they’ve gradually cleared away debris, making the pathways safe for both pedestrians and vehicles. Despite the biting cold wind, their enthusiasm remains high—no one has complained of fatigue or cold. One Party member who took part in the activity said: “As Party members, we should always step forward in times like these and do something concrete for others. Seeing everyone safely walking on the roads we’ve cleaned makes all our efforts truly worthwhile.”
