1. Intelligent Central Kitchen

The intelligent central kitchen, also known as a complete feed-processing equipment system, leverages modern IoT technology and data communication technologies. At its core is a total mixed ration (TMR) preparation machine, which is centrally managed and controlled by a software-based control system. This ensures that all equipment operates in coordinated fashion, achieving automated operations, minimizing the need for human supervision, and enabling highly accurate feeding data collection. Through this system, concentrated feeds, roughage, mineral and micro-additives, as well as other agricultural byproducts are conveyed via an integrated equipment system to the designated TMR preparation machine for mixing and blending. Subsequently, feed spreaders or unmanned feeding machines deliver the TMR to specific cattle sheds, while unmanned TMR machines and unmanned feeding systems handle the entire process of feed mixing, blending, distribution, and feeding. This equipment primarily comprises several system units, including: automatic batching and conveying of roughage; automatic batching and conveying of concentrated feeds (including storage of raw materials, small additives, and mixing/blending and conveying functions); mixing and blending; liquid feed delivery; intelligent control (incorporating precise feeding); environmental dust removal; and discharge and feeding systems.
