This vehicle uses a high-end new-energy commercial vehicle chassis as its running platform. The new-energy drive system not only consumes less energy but also significantly reduces the rate of mechanical failures and lowers daily maintenance costs, making ranch operations more worry-free.

Equipped with a large-capacity housing made of high-quality steel plates, this unit can load approximately 30 cubic meters of fully mixed total mixed ration (TMR) feed in a single operation, effectively reducing the number of round trips for loading and enhancing feeding efficiency. It is fitted with an imported-brand electronic dynamic weighing system that enables real-time monitoring of feed weight, precise control of feed distribution, and prevention of feed waste. Feeding data can be integrated into the farm’s feeding management system, helping farms achieve refined management.

Adopting a helical impeller conveying design, the impeller drive unit is located at the front end of the housing. Utilizing a transmission system consisting of a “hydraulic motor plus gearbox,” this design ensures stable conveying power while significantly reducing energy consumption and enhancing operational efficiency.

The discharge ports are located on the left and right sides at the rear of the housing. Paired with a belt conveyor driven by a hydraulic motor, they allow for flexible switching between left- and right-side spreading directions, meeting the layout requirements of various feeding channels. The entire spreading process generates minimal noise, and the optimized sealing design effectively prevents material leakage, keeping the pasture environment clean and tidy.
