This series of hammer mill crushers can grind various raw materials that have undergone coarse crushing, making them indispensable equipment for the pelletizing section of feed mills.

Product Introduction

  This series of hammer mill crushers can grind various raw materials that have undergone coarse crushing, making them indispensable equipment for the pelletizing section of feed mills.

  This series of crushers features a welded steel plate structure. The motor and the crusher rotor are mounted on the same base and connected via a shaft-pin coupling for direct transmission. The machine is capable of operating in reverse as well. The operator’s door is equipped with a safety interlock device to ensure that it cannot be opened while the rotor is rotating. The feed inlet is located at the top of the crusher and can be paired with various types of feeding mechanisms. The hammer blades are arranged symmetrically. This machine boasts a simple, robust, durable, safe, and reliable design; it is easy to install, convenient to operate and maintain, exhibits minimal vibration, and delivers high productivity.

  1. This series of pulverizers is suitable for fine grinding of various materials. It features high output and low energy consumption.

  2. Thickened door cover and reinforced base frame ensure a stable machine body for smoother operation;

  3. Tungsten carbide hammer blades with a long service life;

  4. The rotor undergoes high-precision dynamic balancing inspection, resulting in low vibration and minimal noise.

Product Features

  1. Strong base frame for a stable machine body and smoother operation;

  2. Ultra-wide crushing working surface, optimized hammer arrangement, and increased production capacity;

  3. Control the rotor in both forward and reverse directions to improve the utilization rate of hammer blades.

  4. The rotor undergoes high-precision dynamic balancing inspection, resulting in low vibration and minimal noise.

Feed Grinder Maintenance and Servicing

I. Daily Maintenance

  1. Add lubricating oil. Before starting operation, regularly add lithium-based high-temperature resistant grease to all lubrication points of the feed grinder. The amount of lubricant added should be determined based on the equipment’s usage frequency and workload. At the same time, be careful not to overfill—generally, the oil level should not exceed two-thirds of the capacity.

  2. Inspect the transmission components. The transmission components of the feed grinder are critical parts of the equipment and therefore require regular inspection. During inspection, pay attention to the tension and wear condition of the drive belt, and also check whether bearings, fasteners, and other components show signs of looseness or wear. If any issues are found, replace them promptly.

II. Regular Maintenance

  1. Replace worn parts. During the operation of the feed grinder, if vibrations or slow discharge occur due to wear and other factors, certain components need to be replaced promptly. These include hammer blades, sieve meshes, bearings, and fan impellers, among others.

  2. Adjust the clearances. There are certain clearances between the various components of the feed grinder, and these clearances are crucial for the equipment’s proper operation. Regularly inspecting and adjusting the clearances of each component can ensure the equipment runs smoothly.

III. Precautions

  1. Avoid overloading the equipment. When using a feed grinder, pay attention to the equipment’s load conditions. Avoid operating it under excessive load to prevent unnecessary damage to the equipment.

  2. Avoid running the machine under no-load conditions. When using a feed grinder, never operate it under no-load conditions. Running the machine under no-load conditions can result in an excessively light load, causing unstable operation and accelerating wear and tear, thereby shortening the equipment’s service life.

  3. Avoid damp environments. When using a feed grinder, try to keep the equipment away from humid environments as much as possible. A humid environment can accelerate rusting and corrosion of the equipment, thereby shortening its lifespan.

  4. Keep it clean and dry. During the operation of the feed grinder, ensure that the equipment remains clean and dry. A clean and dry environment can slow down wear and corrosion, thereby extending the equipment’s service life.

  5. Regularly inspect the power supply lines. When using a feed grinder, you should periodically check whether the power supply lines are in good condition and free from aging or damage. If any issues are found, they should be promptly replaced to prevent electrical accidents.
