9JQL (JGL)—16-Hour Total Mixed Ration Feed Preparation Machine

Category: Other Products

This machine is suitable for use by large-scale ranches and livestock farmers. It can mix and blend all ingredients—including silage, hay, concentrated feed, and water—and is equipped with a weighing system to ensure precise ingredient proportions. The walk-behind model can be directly pulled into the cattle shed for feeding.

Product Introduction

Product Features

This machine integrates advanced welding technologies from both domestic and international sources, is equipped with the same type of imported-brand reducer and an imported weighing system, and features high-quality feed grinder blades that boast exceptional wear resistance and sharpness, ensuring a long service life. It offers rapid mixing speed and high uniformity, saving time and labor while delivering efficient and swift performance. The machine possesses certain capabilities in cutting, mixing, and shredding, has excellent palatability, can boost milk production, and significantly promote weight gain.

This machine draws on the strengths of similar products both domestically and internationally. After numerous rounds of repeated optimization and design testing, it boasts reasonable performance specifications and is well-suited to China’s feeding practices, which primarily rely on forage such as straw and alfalfa. It helps reduce feed costs, enhances the utilization rate of feed nutrients, and delivers remarkable results.

Maintenance of the Vertical Total Mixed Ration Feed Preparation Machine

I. Reducer Maintenance:

For the new machine, replace the reducer lubricant every 3 months; thereafter, replace the reducer oil annually. Each reducer uses 24 kilograms of L-AN46 total-loss system oil.

II. Inspect the blade:

Check the wear condition of the moving blades on the tower core. If the blades are dull, immediately sharpen or replace them.

3. Bearing Lubrication:

The spindle bearing housing needs to be lubricated with grease once every two weeks. Note: The bearing oil passages are very narrow; if you fail to lubricate them for an extended period, the oil in the passages will dry up, making it impossible to inject more grease later on.

IV. Hydraulic System Maintenance:

Regularly check whether the oil pipe fittings and fasteners are loose to prevent leaks and detachment. Replace approximately 6 liters of L-HV46 low-temperature anti-wear hydraulic oil annually. (In winter, ordinary hydraulic oil tends to freeze, and if the hydraulic oil freezes, the hydraulic pump will stop working.)

V. Special Attention:

Before starting work, briefly activate the switch and check whether the tower core’s rotation direction matches the indicated direction. If the rotation direction does not match the label, reverse the connection sequence of the main power cables. Start the feed mixer and run it under no-load conditions for 2–3 minutes to ensure that all equipment functions properly before beginning the feeding process. (If the rotation direction is reversed, the tower core may jam, potentially damaging the tower core blades or the gearbox. Pay special attention: Before restarting the machine after a power outage, be sure to confirm that the rotation direction is correct before adding feed.) Each shift, check that the gearbox oil reservoir for the tower core contains at least half a tank of oil. A low oil level in the reservoir could lead to damage of the gearbox.
