Unmanned intelligent TMR feeding vehicle

The unmanned, intelligent TMR feeding vehicle is suitable for livestock feeding operations in modern agricultural and pastoral breeding areas, large- and medium-sized farms, and standardized community farms. It is primarily designed to meet the demands of fully intelligent, unmanned, and minimally manned precision feeding in modern pastures. The vehicle features autonomous driving capabilities guided by navigation, fully automatic and intelligent feed mixing, fully automatic feed distribution, fully automatic removal of residual feed, and adjustable feed dosage. It can be integrated with a feeding control system to enable intelligent and precise feeding as well as networked and data-driven management.

This TMR vehicle consists of a self-propelled walking chassis system driven by an electric motor, an intelligent navigation system, an intelligent feed-mixing, feeding, and sorting system, a power control system, and a software control system. The entire vehicle is powered by an external power source connected to the power control system. The vehicle’s movement is guided by the intelligent navigation system, while feed mixing, feeding, and sorting are all controlled by an intelligent software control system.

Under the condition that the external power supply is functioning normally, the driverless intelligent TMR feeding vehicle can automatically download the ingredient list remotely entered by the administrator onto its onboard controller. The onboard controller of the driverless intelligent TMR feeding vehicle is pre-equipped with feeding-process software that, based on the ingredient order specified in the ingredient list, can fully automate and intelligently carry out the feeding process. Its operation features a switchable capability between fully automatic intelligent mode and manual operation mode.
