　　This machine is designed for spreading bedding materials (such as sand, rice husks, and cow manure) in large- and medium-sized,规模化 dairy farms. The machine consists of two main components: a motorized vehicle and a bedding-spreading system. The motorized vehicle primarily handles transportation and provides power to the spreading system. The spreading system includes a dual-screw conveyor mechanism, a belt-conveyor spreading mechanism, a hydraulic drive system, and a video monitoring system. By feeding the bedding materials into the machine’s hopper and spreading them evenly while the vehicle is moving, the machine can distribute the bedding uniformly across the cattle resting areas.

　　1. It boasts ample power and strong load-carrying capacity. This machine features a total of eight gears—four low-speed and four high-speed. During the spreading process, the low-speed gear is used, while the high-speed gear is employed during transportation, ensuring both sufficient power requirements and reduced transportation time.

　　2. It employs a spindle with opposite-handed helical threads at both ends of the same shaft, delivering bedding material toward the middle of the box. This method ensures a large output and high spreading efficiency.

　　3. The spreading operation is fully hydraulically driven, featuring a low failure rate. It offers one-button operation, ensuring safe, reliable, and convenient performance with low maintenance costs.

　　4. The feed inlet of the enclosure is equipped with a mesh screen that simultaneously removes impurities from bedding materials during loading, making the cows’ resting area more comfortable.

Precautions for Using a Mattress Filler Spreader

To ensure the proper operation of the new equipment, we recommend that you have it operated under the guidance of our company’s professionals during its first use and carefully read all the precautions and operating instructions for the equipment. Below are the specific precautions and details for using the new equipment—please follow them carefully:

　　1. Before the new equipment leaves the factory, the hydraulic system pressure has already been adjusted to fall within the operational pressure range. Without our company’s permission, it is strictly prohibited to adjust the hydraulic system pressure, as doing so could damage the hydraulic components. After the first use, check whether the hydraulic oil level in the tank is normal; if it’s low, replenish the oil promptly. Every shift or at most every seven days, lubricate all connection points of the entire machine with lithium-based grease. Additionally, apply an appropriate amount of grease to the chain and sprocket areas that come into contact with the material.

　　2. After using for 3–7 days, check whether the oil pipe fittings and multi-way valve interfaces are loose. Also, inspect tire pressure and fastening bolts to ensure they are properly tightened, thereby preventing leaks and detachment.

　　3. After 60 days of use, inspect the hydraulic oil and regularly clean the hydraulic oil tank. Thereafter, replace and clean the oil every six months. Every October, use Sinopec’s winter-specific No. 32 hydraulic oil, and in March, switch to Sinopec’s summer-specific No. 46 hydraulic oil for summer use. Please strictly adhere to these guidelines and ensure that you use genuine oil products to guarantee the proper operation of the hydraulic system and extend the service life of your equipment.

　　4. After 30 days of use, service the engine and replace the oil and all three filters. Thereafter, replace them every three months; if the operating environment is harsh, replace them monthly.

　　5. Replace or clean the filter element inside the hydraulic filter every six months to prevent blockage and equipment failure.

　　6. After each use, remove any residual materials, rinse the surface of the equipment, and keep it clean. Lubricate the equipment’s bearings and moving joints, and apply grease to the chain, sprockets, and points where materials come into contact.

　　7. After 30 days of use, inspect and re-tighten all the machine’s mounting bolts to prevent loosening and subsequent failures.

　　8. After each shift’s work is completed and the machine is shut down, the air filter element of the vehicle chassis should be removed and thoroughly cleaned with compressed air. The air filter element must be replaced with a new one after three consecutive months of continuous use.

　　9. During use, do not remove the screen mesh, partitions, or other similar components inside the box at will. Check whether there are any foreign objects remaining in the residual material to prevent damage to the motor and avoid blockages or machine jams.

　　10. After daily use, clean the engine cooling system, paying special attention to removing dust from the surface of the radiator, and check the fluid level and replenish it promptly.

　　11. When using the spreading function, stop the machine to switch between high and low speeds mechanically, while keeping the hydraulic lever in the neutral position. Failure to follow these instructions may result in equipment damage.

　　12. Regularly inspect the electrical circuits, wiring, and air lines for signs of aging, and promptly replace or repair any aged components.

　　13. Attach great importance to the daily maintenance of equipment; proper maintenance can extend its service life and ensure optimal performance.

　　14. When using the equipment, do not frequently change operators, and do not allow unauthorized personnel to operate or modify the equipment privately, to avoid damage or safety incidents.

　　15. Regarding pasture profitability, it is recommended to reduce talent attrition, implement precise management controls, and leverage data-driven evaluation results.
